We enjoyed the modern rooms with a kitchen and found the staff to be excellent and competent.

So very friendly staff and ideal hotel.

Simply nothing to complain about, really nice stay. Reasonably spacious hotel with favourable and unbeatable location just next door to hot tube as well as restaurants and stores. Comfy bed, large bathroom and a fridge, coffee/tea making facilities and a dining area in the room. Quick check-in, easy check-out. Nice pool to relax in too...

I think because the outside door to the pool room was opened, there was alot of dust and leaves on the deck of the pool.

The hotel rooms are modern and well-appointed with a comfortable bed and sofa. the staff at the venue are excellent and friendly. the hotel is conveniently located near the airport, retail stores, and restaurants.

The entire staff was friendly and helpful. It's always a little hectic with a family of 5 in one room, but this room made it relaxing. The beds were comfy, and they had a tasteful selection for breakfast.Thr outside seating, grill, and sports courts were such an AMAZING add on for our money.

I don't have a complaint. I would recommend this hotel to all that I know.

Could not find the hotel from the back entrance, :( drove around the building almost twice before we could see the front door

Great location close to restaurants around, and it's super quiet. Plus, there's a tub right there 🛀.

Check in was a slow process and lots of people in the lobby

Some staff barely interested, work out area moved and not easy to find. Location of hotel horrible and poor sign barely visible without looking hard made it very hard to find. Need better signage at the very least.

I loved the room with a kitchen, the bed was super comfortable, the location near the airport was perfect, and the staff were incredibly accommodating.

there were 3 of us loved the 2 beds and fold out loved the hot tub

the room was very clean and nice pillows the breakfast in the am was good little dirty however overall good it was busy with small children making a mess. parents fault they should assist younger children.

When you walked into the door nobody greeted you. then when they figured out that someone was out front she came out like she was mad that we bothered her. no smile and said what can I help you with. Not even I'm sorry I didn't hear you come in or anything very rude we could see her in the back she was texting or something on her personal phone so that is maybe why she didn't want to greet us? that we bothered her not sure?
